There will be parking available on the grounds for those with totally self contained units (within 1-2 blocks from vendor area). Please remember this is a tornado stricken community so facilities are NOT available for dumping, electricity, etc. for your RV.    There is water, electricity,bathrooms (no showers) and trash available for vendors and visitors usage.    While the area is tornado stricken the location of the event is a beautiful spot in and around our new community park and our new community center.  The grounds are clean and easily accessible.

There will be 24 hour security on the grounds however vendors are responsible for their own goods. 

As part of our celebration we will also be holding a “Most Patriotic Vendor” contest. 
Here is an opportunity to recover your booth expense.
Top prize is $50, 2nd place $25, 3rd place $10.    Be creative.
Decorate your booth, sell patriotic named items, etc.   Judging will take place Saturday afternoon.  

Rules, Regulations, Information

1. Each booth space shall not exceed 10 x 16, with a limit of spaces per exhibitor.   All vendor spaces are outside locations.
 There are no indoor vendor spaces.

2.  No alcoholic beverages shall be sold at anytime by the exhibitors.

3.  All exhibitors shall be responsible for their own booth and its contents.

4.  The cost of one 10 x 16 space for the two day event is $50 without electricity.  Electricity is available
on a limited basis.   Additional $10 per space.    Sorry but electric spaces are all taken.

5.   Fees should be enclosed with the registration form and no space will be reserved without the fee.  
      Booth spaces will be assigned at the discretion of the committee.

6. Event will be on Saturday from 9-5 pm and on Sunday 10am-5pm.
  Exhibitors can set up from  5-8 pm Friday, June 22, 2007 or 6-8am Saturday, June 23, 2007.
No exceptions.    All exhibitors must be removed from location by Sunday, June 24, 10 pm.
